I think it would be stimulating to have a debate thread in this forum...anybody can post a topic and open it for debate. Then all the members are free to post their own opinions on the matter.

I'll open a topic first to get it started...when is the time to say "enough is enough" when it comes to rude people in the movie house? You know those types-you're watching the movie, and the person in front of you is texting, and the hideous blue light is totally distracting you from the movie! Or worse yet! They actually talk on their phones in the cinema! So, when are they entiteled to their own rights, and at what point are people like that really crossing the line already?

I agree with you, jayson! I believe in people's rights, but I also believe that when people exercise their rights, they should also keep in mind the rights of others. People who are annoyed have the right nman to tell the other person that he/she is being annoying, db? But I think most of us like to avoid getting into fights, db? But I know some people who simply turn around and say, "would you please be quiet, you're bothering me." And the rude person obliges nman.

I'm opening a new topic:
Is it right to pick a PBB favorite and vote for him/her based upon how much he/she needs the money, or is that turning a reality t.v. show into a Charity organization?
Keep your opinions coming!
p.s. let's start all the new topics for debate in BLUE, tat way, we'll know which is the start of a new topic, and we can scroll down to that right away. Thanks.
