Just last Saturday, the Housemates said goob-bye to Fred and Joaqui, the 3rd and 4th Evictees from the Big Brother House. And last night the teens had to choose once again the persons they think are not deserving to stay sa bahay ni Kuya in Pinoy Big Brother Teen Edition's 3rd Nomination Night. The boys seem fast becoming the endangered species of the house for Matt and Mikee emerge as nominees leaving Gerald the free man standing. Olyn on the other hand take a place for the girls on the eviction block.
In a Flores de Mayo inspired Mother’s Day, ex-housemates, PBB hosts and the teens all donned on Filipiniana costumes to commemorate the tradition of celebrating the feast of flowers. Early that morning Big Brother also wanted the housemates to remember their mom’s, so he instructed them to make Mother’s Day cards courtesy of LBC. Everyone made a very artistic and memorable card for their mothers. Jamilla wanted to apologize and thank her mom while Kim said she waits for the day that she will see her mom again and hopefully they surpass the roadblocks in their lives. Brenda even made a special poem for her Mommy Cora.
Another special task the teens did was make sampaguita garlands for Mama Mary and a bouquet of flowers for House Spiritual adviser Connie Reyes. Clare teased Mikee that he might want to give flowers to someone special. Mikee just laughed at his Ate Clare’s comments. The sampaguita the housemates strung was then offered by ex-housemates Aldred, Mikki, Niña and Bam to the Our Lady of Lourdes grotto in Bulacan.
Things got more serious when the nominees were to be announced by host Bianca Gonzales. Matt and Olyn, the away-bati sweethearts of the house, both got 8 points each. Matt was deemed too bossy at times while Olyn was said to be too hot-tempered. Mikee got 4 points for the other teens thought he might not need the prize money as much as they do. Jam even said that Mikee sometimes comes across as nagpapansin.
Olyn appealed to her supporters once again, “Sana ‘wag po kayo magsawa sa pagboto ninyo sa akin tulad noong unang nomination.” Matt called on his neighbors and townspeople of Project 4 to vote for him. Mikee asked for Kapampangans and Baguio people, his kababayans to support him. He also didn’t forget to ask for help from his fellow Ateneans. The three all know that everything is now up to the televiewers.
