Seems like Kuya wants the teens in tip-top shape for today was the day for physical challenges. Puzzle Dazzle, the weekly task consisted of hula-hoops for the appointed ‘hour glasses’ of the day. The daily task on the other hand was called Akyat Lubid, where the housemates encountered an obstacle course of sorts made up of ropes.

hour for the Puzzle Dazzle task. Today the timers must hula-hoop during the duration of the puzzle solving. The timers must continue spinning the hoops, then he or she must signal for the alternate hour glass to start spinning before coming to a complete stop.
Jamilla and Kim was discovered the champion hula-hoopers among the teens. When Big Brother saw that the others were having difficulty with the hula-hoops, he lifted his restriction of using the arms and neck. Soon even Fred and Olyn mastered some arm and neck moves.
Matt and Mikee were prohibited to team up today for they were the ones who solved almost all the puzzles yesterday so new partnerships were formed: Matt-Gerald, Joaqui-Mikee, Olyn-Matt. The others took turns on hula-hooping or coaching the solvers on the side. Hopefully they reach their target mark of 18 by the end of the week.
Akyat Lubid, Showing the Teens ‘the ropes’
rope04.jpgThe housemates were surprised when Big Brother ordered them to change into sporty outfits, then remain inside the boys’ bedroom. Matt and Fred even had the suspicions that they might have a military drill, since they were woken up by an army bugle sounding wake-up call. Fred was called into the confession room and came back moments later with the Akyat Lubid task.
The Akyat Lubid task required the housemates to climb a series of rope obstacles while getting clues to open the combination lock of a big clear box which contained rewards for all of them. The number of housemates who complete the whole rope course will determine the number of crates that will help them reach more clues that will help them open the clear box that was suspended a few feet above the garden.
Though there were men to assist the teens with the harnesses and the game rules, they were forbidden to talk about anything else with them. Gerald was the first volunteer to climb the course and it was evident that it was hard despite him being athletic. Joaqui came next followed by Brenda, the first among the girls to bravely face the challenge.
The other housemates followed suit, Clare even commenting, “Sana lang makatulong ang pagiging Videoke Queen ko dito,” which got laughs from the housemates. Gerald and Fred were very encouraging to their housemates, cheering and coaching them from below. Big Brother ordered the Perfectionist Hunk Fred to climb last.
