Last night in a superhero version of Pinoy Big Brother Teen Edition, the super housemates chose 4 teens to be placed on the nomination block. Joaqui Mendoza, Fred Payawan, Jamilla Obispo and Clare Cabiguin are on the line for PBB Teens’ 3rd Eviction Night on Saturday. Two of the nominees will then exit the Big Brother House. Kuya had another surprise for the housemates like the last Nomination Night. He bought in a new girl housemate Brenda Fox, the Amazing Amerasian of Olongapo.
2ndnomjoaqui.jpgJoaqui’s immunity from nomination was forfeited by Big Brother due to the following reasons:
- The Teen Edition has lesser days than the previous editions.
- The other housemates had their first nomination a week after they entered the House so the same should apply to Joaqui.
- Big Brother reserves the right to a change as he deems it necessary.
2ndnom4.jpgHis housemates felt that Joaqui deserved to be nominated because he seemed indifferent to some tasks and chores. A big point against him was an incident between him and first evictee Mikki, where the former housemate had to clean up a mess Joaqui made and he didn’t even lift a finger to help her. The others viewed this as being inconsiderate and he got a total of 14 points. Fred, Clare and Jam all got 3 points. Fred was nominated because of his numerous violations and Jam even felt that he fell short of their expectation as the most disciplined among all the teens. Clare on the other hand was deemed too quiet and the other housemates want Jam to exit the house because they feel that she misses her baby very much.
Each of the nominees accepted their fate easily. All were given the chance to appeal to the viewers. “Kayo na po ang bahala.” was Joaqui’s only plea to the audience. Fred asked for support from his family and Parañaque residents, relatives in Bulacan and Pangasinan. He also called on his fellow ‘Agustinos’ to vote for him. Clare also appealed to her kababayans in the South, Bukidnon, Cagayan De Oro and Camiguin. Jam hoped that the viewers will give her a second chance and asked for them to vote for her.
Brendamariel.jpgThe teens thought their task for the evening was over but Big Brother suddenly announced that they have to welcome the new housemate which will be replacing Bam, who was forced evicted last Saturday. Some, like Gerald expected it and some even thought it would be another male housemate since he would be taking the place of Bam. But the ‘he’ turned into a ‘she’ for Brenda Fox, the Amazing Amerasian from Olongapo was the one who entered the doors of the Big Brother House.
Brenda’s presence brBrendaentrance.jpgought a shriek of delight from Olyn, who recognized the Fil-Am as a friend from the PBB Teen auditions. The boys had a different reaction though and Joaqui even looked a little dazed, probably from Brenda’s beauty. The girls immediately took to their new housemate and they led her to a mini-tour of the House. You can already sense that they would all be getting along fine with the very level-headed Olongapo bred teen.
